accepted methods of payment
we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online orders. at our parties, we take credit cards, as well as personal checks (they must clear before items are delivered).
general shipping information
orders are processed monday through friday, 9AM-5PM (EST) and not on weekends or holidays. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing, pending availability, and credit card approval before your package is shipped. we do our best to keep our inventory up to date. however, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of an item from time to time. if your item is not in stock, we will notify you via email of an expected shipping date.
all order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. you will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt once your order has been confirmed, and you will receive another e-mail to advise when your order has shipped.
all items shipped to the continental 48 states will be sent via USPS priority mail according to the pricing rates listed below. for your convenience, we do offer rush delivery services. for these rates and rates for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and destinations outside the U.S., please contact us at info@bumblebabies.net and will you provide you with costs and delivery times.

return / exchange policy
bumblebabies, llc strives to bring you high quality products at great prices, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. if, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, bumblebabies, llc will return or exchange your item(s) within twenty one (21) days of receipt of your order. refunds, minus shipping charges, will be issued via company check within 7-14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). all returns/exchanges must be in original condition, unused and unwashed. return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. sale and clearance items are final sale items and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@bumblebabies.net and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). bumblebabies, llc reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage.
exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of bumblebabies, llc.
